Hiya, I’m Jaden, but I also go by Jae!

24 • he/him/they/them
I’m a queer artist & designer, North Jersey-raised and East PA-based! I will be receiving my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design at Kutztown University this December. I am currently the graphic design intern at Sarott Design in Nazareth, PA, and previously have done design work for Kutztown University's Department of Admissions. I am also a freelance designer and illustrator, specializing in branding, logos, UX/UI, stationery and layout.
Not only am do I create work, but I also sell it! Starting in June 2024, I finally embarked on a dream I’ve had since middle school. I want to share my art with the world and make a difference with it, so I’m doing that by selling my wares! Specializing in stationery and printed matter, my work consists of soft but vibrant colors with a twist of graphic elements, bringing new uniqueness to the art market scene.

Want to improve on your bowling skills while competing with your friends? StrikeZone is the new, fun way to keep track of your bowling progress! Partnered with local bowling alleys to keep track of your scores, StrikeZone creates goals based on your skill level, and helps motivate with achievements and leaderboards with your friends. You can also earn exclusive deals on all the equipment you need to strike out your record.This design took inspiration from nostalgic bowling alleys from the 90s and 2000s, using patterns from funky-patterned rugs and vibrant neon lights. With the branding designed in Illustrator and the app prototype created in Figma, this app is fully functional and demonstrates what the user would see while in the bowling alley.

KiREi WAVE is the hottest new magazine highlighting current trends, celebrities, and pop culture in Japan. This magazine features a table of contents, editor’s note, two articles, which both have two spreads, and the front and back covers.The first article, “The New Wave of Metal”, highlights the Japanese idol group BABYMETAL breaking boundaries and making a name for themselves in the metal and rock scenes. While the first spread heavily relies on the title’s typography interacting with the image of Su-Metal, the lead singer, the second spread of this article contains a majority of the text. It features three pull-out sections, sharing information about each of the group members.



The second article, “Who is Your Oshi?”, sheds light on Japanese fandom culture, and how fans devote their life and show appreciation for their favorite characters, idols, or other celebrities. The first page showcases hand-written typography in the title. Throughout both spreads are photography of various merchandise collaged together that directly relates to the topic.

Every day, many neurodivergent folks experience meltdowns or extreme stress from the overstimulating world around them. When they get home from their busy lives, all they want to do is escape reality and do their best to heal from the day. We tested and developed Scensiti, which uses uniquely scented incense paired with soothing audio to aid people on the spectrum struggling with burnout or overstimulation.Scensiti’s branding features a calming and soft color palette, along with cloud and smoke motifs throughout the website prototype, app prototype, and ad campaigns. The packaging features hand-drawn illustrations of each scent, with each being given their own unique color palette. Overall, each piece of this brand are all integrated to make a cohesive product and service.

With three unique and juicy flavors, there's surely a vibe that fits you! With vibrant colors and patterns throughout the branding, SunBURST™ not only keeps the targeted audience engaged and coming back for more, but also brings positive energy and good sunny vibes to everyone.The SunBURST project started out as just label designs of Yuzu Dream and Star Berry. As time went on, SunBURST evolved into having a 3rd flavor, Sunset Peach, a long scrolling homepage that functions on deskop and mobile, and a 360 ad campaign, featuring out-of-home, ambient, direct mail, and social media ads.

The theme of the 2027 Met Gala focuses on spreading awareness of the inner emotions of someone battling themselves, their inner demons, and their doubts. To accompany the exhibition, we have curated an album exemplifying those who struggle with their mental health, featuring the work of artists who advocate for mental health awareness.The design of the album and invitation heavily rely on collage and hand-drawn type elements and illustrations to represent a journal. The invitation itself is a journal, hand-sewn together to create a worn and tattered look.
